Self Employed Remote Mortgage Broker Role
Salary: £60,000+OTE realistic first year earnings
Location: Fully Remote
We are looking for an enthusiastic, honest mortgage broker to join our growing team. As a self-employed broker, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying mortgage leads, assessing clients' financial situations, determining eligibility for loan products, presenting options to clients, guiding them through the application process, and maintaining relationships post-closing.

There will be a dedicated Business Development Manager (BDM) to help you grow your mortgage business.
The BDM will provide:
- Social media coaching to help maximise your online lead generation
- Networking introductions and coaching to build partnerships with referral sources
- Strategies and contacts to develop relationships with estate agents, financial planners, accountants, and other centres of influence
- Ongoing pipeline reviews, business planning and marketing strategy to promote your personal mortgage brand and increase sales
- Ce Map or equivalent
- 1+ years' experience in mortgage industry
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Proficiency with mortgage CRM and loan origination software
