Self Employed Mortgage Broker Role 
Sheffield - Hybrid basis
 
Salary: £60,000+OTE realistic first year earnings 
Location: Hybrid out of Sheffield office 
We are looking for an enthusiastic, honest mortgage broker to join a growing estate agency based brokerage in Sheffield. As a self-employed broker, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying mortgage leads, assessing clients' financial situations, determining eligibility for loan products, presenting options to clients, guiding them through the application process, and maintaining relationships post-closing.

• Self-employed role 
• 60% commission split leads provided
• 70& self generated
• Full admin support  

 
You will have: 

• Ce Map or equivalent  
• 1+ years' experience in mortgage industry 
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills 
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task 
• Proficiency with mortgage CRM and loan origination software
