£32,000 - £40,000 Basic | Monday-Friday
Our client is a market leading estate agents in Hertfordshire and they are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor to work from their office, supporting a strong pipeline of clients and introducers.
 
Salary

• £32,000 - £40,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
• Upper salary band available for candidates with full CAS status and minimum 5 years' experience

The Role

• Providing whole-of-market mortgage advice to clients
• Managing the full mortgage process from initial consultation to completion
• Working closely with the estate agency team to maximise opportunities
• Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations
• Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships

The Ideal Candidate

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• CAS status essential for the upper salary band
• Minimum 5 years' experience for senior-level applicants
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage market and lending criteria
• Professional, organised, and client-focused
