Mortgage Advisor - Hertfordshire
£32,000 - £40,000 Basic | Monday-Friday
Our client is a market leading estate agents in Hertfordshire and they are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor to work from their office, supporting a strong pipeline of clients and introducers.

INDAS
£32,000 - £40,000 Basic | Monday-Friday
Our client is a market leading estate agents in Hertfordshire and they are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor to work from their office, supporting a strong pipeline of clients and introducers.
Salary
- £32,000 - £40,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
- Upper salary band available for candidates with full CAS status and minimum 5 years' experience
- Providing mortgage advice to clients
- Managing the full mortgage process from initial consultation to completion
- Working closely with the estate agency team to maximise opportunities
- Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- CAS status essential for the upper salary band
- Minimum 5 years' experience for senior-level applicants
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage market and lending criteria
- Professional, organised, and client-focused
- Stable Monday-Friday working hours
- Office-based role within a well-established estate agency
- Consistent leads generated through the branch
- Supportive working environment
