Marketing Manager - Estate Agency

Location: Catford, Office-based, Monday-Friday (some summer weekends)
Salary: £28,000 basic; OTE £34,000 Year 1; £38,000 Year 2
Basic salary increases by £1,000 in April 2026 and again in April 2027
 
We're looking for a creative, organised Marketing Manager to grow sales and lettings in our Catford branch. You'll take ownership of marketing campaigns, nurture vendor and landlord leads, and help increase turnover by 33%. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on marketing with strategy in a branch known for its strong local presence, professional service, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture vendor leads, monitor unsold stock, and negotiate price adjustments.
• Create social media content, leaflets, brochures, and property marketing materials.
• Keep the website and portal listings up to date; request Google reviews.
• Plan and attend local fairs, school events, and community activities.
• Update CRM records and support the team with viewings and calls.

Requirements:

• Organised, self-motivated, and confident building relationships.
• Creative marketing skills.
• Estate agency experience preferred but not essential.
• Driving licence not required.
