Marketing Manager – Independent Estate Agency | Catford

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE) + OTE £34,000 Year 1 | £38,000 Year 2
Salary Increases: £1,000 fixed increase in April 2027 & April 2028
Location: Catford, Office-based, Monday–Friday (some summer weekends)
Must have some estate agency marketing experience or have worked in an estate agency.

Join a market-leading independent estate agency in Catford as our Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead marketing campaigns, grow vendor and landlord leads, and help drive our branch turnover up by 33%.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and nurture vendor/landlord leads and monitor unsold stock.
• Create engaging social media content, leaflets, brochures, and property marketing materials.
• Keep the website and portal listings up to date; encourage Google reviews.
• Represent the branch at local fairs, school events, and community activities.
• Maintain CRM records and support the team with viewings and calls.

What We’re Looking For:

• Organised, self-motivated, and confident in building relationships.
• Creative marketing skills with an eye for design and detail.
• Estate agency experience preferred but not essential.
• Driving licence not required.
