Marketing Executive - Hertfordshire
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE)
An established estate agency in Hertfordshire is looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to work closely with the business and drive lead generation, brand presence, and growth.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, creative all-round marketer with a broad understanding of modern marketing across digital channels.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, creative all-round marketer with a broad understanding of modern marketing across digital channels.
The Role
- Managing and optimising marketing funnels to generate buyer and seller leads
- Creating engaging written content for property listings, blogs, and campaigns
- Producing and editing video content (property tours, social media, brand videos)
- Managing social media channels and paid/organic campaigns
- Supporting lead generation activity across digital platforms
- Working closely with the estate agency team to promote properties and services
- Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on results
- Broad marketing experience across digital and offline channels
- Strong understanding of lead generation and marketing funnels
- Confident content writer with a creative eye
- Experience with videography and basic editing
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies
- Well organised, proactive, and commercially minded
