This is an amazing role where you are able to develop your current skills along with great earning potential. Lettings Negotiators will also be considered.
 
Responsibilities for this Lettings Valuer role will include:

• Booking & carrying out lettings valuations & Viewings
• Winning instructions 
• Dealing with rental clients and landlords
• Negotiating offers

Skills & Experience for this Lettings Valuer role:

• Minimum 1 years lettings experience
• Lettings Negotiation
• Knowledge of lettings process & Legislation
• Driving licence
