We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lettings Negotiator or Valuer to join the number 1 estate agency office in Ipswich. In this role you will play a pivotal position in driving new business, building and harnessing strong client relationships whilst contributing to the overall success of the branch.
 
Key Responsibilities for the Lettings Negotiator/Valuer

• Manage and develop a portfolio of Lettings properties
• Conduct property valuations and provide expert market advice to clients
• Generate and convert Lettings leads through various channels
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the process
• Handle viewings and provide exceptional customer service
• Achieve and exceed targets consistently

Skills and Experience for the Lettings Negotiator/Valuer

• Proven track record in residential Lettings with at least 1 years' experience
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of the Ipswich area or surroundings.
• Full UK driving license
• Familiarity with property software and CRM systems

• £23,000 - £26,000 Basic Salary
