New Business Administrator - Bishopston

About the Role
As a New Business Administrator, you will be the welcoming face of the Bishopston branch and the first point of contact for new enquiries. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will support the lettings process from start to finish, ensuring that every potential tenant and landlord receives an excellent first impression.
You will assist the valuing team, manage administrative tasks, coordinate property presentation, and support marketing activity—including social media content. This role provides genuine exposure to the property sector and excellent development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as first point of contact for enquiries and visitors
  • Maintain and present marketing materials and window displays
  • Build relationships with potential landlords through clear communication
  • Assist with property presentation, including preparing floor plans and measurements
  • Advise potential tenants based on needs and suitability
  • Manage branch social media, posting relevant and engaging content
  • Support valuers with tasks such as editing photos, preparing floor plans, and producing correspondence
  • Ensure consistently high levels of customer service

Working Hours
Monday to Friday — 8:45am to 6:00pm
1 in 3 Saturdays — 9:00am to 4:00pm (with a weekday in lieu)
