Lettings Negotiator – 3 to 6 Month Temporary Role
Location: Putney, London
Schedule: 4 Days per Week
Salary: £40,000 Pro Rata

A highly regarded independent estate agency in Putney is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 to 6 months.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a lettings professional who is confident, motivated, and looking for a flexible role within a successful and supportive local agency.
Key Responsibilities

• Registering applicants and arranging property viewings
• Conducting viewings and following up with timely, professional feedback
• Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies through to completion
• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Ensuring compliance and attention to detail throughout the lettings process
• Working collaboratively with a small, experienced team

Candidate Requirements

• At least 1–2 years’ experience in a lettings role
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Professional, confident, and proactive approach
• Solid understanding of the Putney and South West London market
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Availability to start immediately or at short notice
