Are you an experienced lettings negotiator or property manager wanting to get your weekends back? Then this may be the role for you. 

We are working with a really exciting letting agent in St Ives, who is currently on the lookout for a negotiator. 

We are looking for a polished and confident individual who is a real team player and someone who can deliver superb levels of customer service. Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 years experience in Lettings or Property. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

This is a really varied role with duties that will include dealing with telephone and email enquiries, doing viewings, negotiating offers, arranging works on properties with contractors, tenants and landlords, dealing with referencing and deposits and also inspections of properties.
