You'll need at least six months' estate agency experience, a knack for building great relationships, and the drive to make things happen. In return, you'll get solid training, genuine career progression, and the backing of a team that knows how to win.
Day-to-day, you'll be showing properties, matching tenants to homes, keeping landlords happy, and making sure deals get over the line smoothly. You'll also have the chance to get out there, bring in new business, and make your mark in the local market.

£26k basic with realistic £30k OTE through uncapped pooled commission
25 days' holiday plus bank holidays (rising with service)
Funded industry qualifications (CePAP)

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:45-6, alternate Saturdays 9-4 with a day off in lieu
