LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - HARROW
Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to build a career in the property sector?
We are seeking a dynamic LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR to join my clients growing team. If you have a passion for estate agency, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you. Ideally you will have at least 18 months experience within the industry, however my client will look at someone with just 6 months experience if you are young, hungry to succeed with ambition, drive & eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities for the LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR role:
- Actively manage a portfolio of properties, from listing to letting
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers with potential tenants
- Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants, ensuring high levels of customer service
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and client follow-up
- Ensure all lettings comply with relevant legislation and company policies
- Assist with tenancy agreements, referencing, and inventory management
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
- A positive attitude and a team player
- Good knowledge of the local property market is an advantage (but not essential)
- A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential
- Competitive base salary of £20k-£25k (DOE) with an attractive commission structure (OTE in yr 1 £40k)
