Job description

Lettings Negotiator - Manchester City Centre

A busy, fast-moving lettings operation in Manchester city centre is looking to bring in an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join the team ASAP.

This is a proper hands-on role with serious stock levels. You'll be working with 30-40 live listings at any one time, with hundreds of new completions coming through, so if you like pace, volume and earning opportunity, this one will keep you switched on.

Based out of smart city-centre offices on Quay Street, you'll handle the full lettings journey from enquiry through to tenancy commencement, earning commission on every deal you put together.

The package is straightforward and competitive. Basic salary sits between £20,000 and £25,000 depending on experience, plus 10% commission on all letting deals, paid once the tenancy has commenced. Office hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of a Saturday rota.

You'll need at least a year's lettings experience under your belt and be comfortable managing multiple deals at once. Experience using Vebra Alto would be a definite bonus, but it's not a deal-breaker for the right person.

If you're already working in lettings and want more stock, more activity and more opportunity to earn, this is well worth a look.
