Responsibilities for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Registering and assisting tenants and purchasers with viewings
- Maintaining close relationships and providing feedback
- Assisting the tenancy process
- Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments
- Experience within estate agency lettings or sales
- Comfortable working with targets
- Enjoy working with autonomy as well being part of a larger team
- Drive and ambition to 'add value'
- £19,000 - £21,000 Salary
- Competitive commission structure OTE £30,000
