LETTINGS MANAGER
SOUTH NORWOOD
BASIC: £30,000 DOE
OTE: £65,000

I am looking for a Lettings Manager who wants push themself to the next level to run and further develop a successful lettings agency in South Norwood.

While the focus of this role will of course be on managing the existing the current lettings stock, There will also be a focus on generating new business for the rental portfolio. As the business progresses there is also potential to move into a management role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Conduct market appraisals and instructing new business.
• Achieve targets and ensuring the office builds market share.
• Lead and ensure negotiators are on track to hit targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in residential lettings, preferably at manager level
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
• Exceptional client relationship management abilities.

Job Benefits:

• Basic Salary package approx. £30,000 DOE.
• OTE Approx. £65,000 in Y1.
