Salary: £35,000 basic + Realistic OTE £80,000

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the lettings team to achieve and exceed targets
- Manage the entire lettings process from valuation through to tenancy agreements
- Grow the portfolio by attracting new landlords and retaining existing clients
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure compliance with lettings legislation
- Maximise revenue opportunities from the inherited pipeline
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition
- Proven experience in lettings, ideally at senior negotiator or management level
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities
- Knowledge of the Wimbledon rental market is highly advantageous
- ARLA qualification desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic salary of £35,000
- Realistic on-target earnings of £80,000+ (uncapped)
