The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and drive the lettings strategy, maximising market share in the area
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals
Grow the property register by securing new instructions
Manage a high-performing lettings team, supporting their development and success
Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and compliance
Deliver 1:1 coaching, team meetings, and performance reviews to keep your team motivated and on target

Proven experience in Estate Agency Lettings required, you'll be:
Target-driven, ambitious, and tenacious, with a strong track record of success
A natural leader with team management experience
Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Strong market knowledge and a drive to innovate and grow the business
Full UK driving licence and own car (insured for business use)
The legal right to work in the UK
