- Lead and motivate the lettings team to consistently achieve revenue goals
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting and networking
- Oversee property listings, viewings, negotiations, and tenancy agreements
- Build lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and local partners
- Monitor KPIs, market trends, and compliance across the lettings portfolio
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the process
- Proven success in lettings management or senior lettings roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent business development abilities
- In-depth knowledge of lettings legislation and best practice
- Resilient, target-driven, and commercially minded
- Full UK driving licence
- £37,500 basic salary with a realistic £85,000 OTE (uncapped)
