Basic: £50k Approx.
OTE: £120K
Car Allowance + Company Car


I am looking for an experienced and ambitious Lettings Manager to run + further develop my clients successful Lettings branch in SW London for this market leading agency. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in and around SW London.

Roles

• Bring Valuations to Market.
• Winning and developing new business
• Knowledge of the current Residential Lettings market and associated legislation
• Manage Landlords from instruction to rental + further
• Highly organised with well-developed interpersonal skills
• Natural sales ability, energy and dynamism
• Manager negotiatons between landlords and tenants
• The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
• Provide training + development opportunities ot team members
• Proactively generate new instructions

• Excellent communication + leadership skills
• Proven Lettings Manager track record
• Confident and outgoing
• Proven track record
• UK Driving license (essential)
• Target driven
• Highly presentable
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong organizational skills
