An exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate LETTINGS MANAGER to manage one of our client’s largest West London offices.
Our client is looking for an experienced LETTINGS MANAGER or VALUER/LISTER to run and manage one of their largest NORTH-WEST LONDON offices.
You will need to be ambitious and work hard to achieve exceptional results, assisted by industry leading technology, back-office support functions and wide-reaching marketing strategies to support both you and your customers. This allows you to spend your time focusing on developing & training your lettings team in order to hit & exceed targets.
You will need the experience and expertise to manage a lettings team of Negotiators and to grow market share within this established WEST LONDON office.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver the highest level of service to all clients & set the standards for the rest of the team
- Develop, motivate and train your negotiators
- Lead by example in all areas of your role as Lettings Manager
- Increase market share & support business development objectives and continued growth in revenue
- Conduct quality valuations and win lettings instructions
- Work closely with senior management on high profile instructions and landlords
- Regular contact with landlord and tenants
