Land & New Homes Manager
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £32,000 basic + 10% override (first year)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 6:00pm (occasional Saturdays, with a day off in lieu)

The Opportunity As Land & New Homes Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind new business generation, building strong relationships with landowners and developers, managing new build sites, and helping to grow a highly profitable arm of the business.

This isn’t a static role — it’s a chance to shape a department from the ground up, working closely with senior leadership and earning a 10% override in your first year as the division continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, appraise, and secure new land opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and landowners.
  • Oversee all new homes marketing and sales activity, from launch to completion.
  • Deliver accurate market insights and pricing advice.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and commercial awareness.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in Land & New Homes 
  • Strong knowledge of land acquisition, development, and planning.
  • A proactive business generator who enjoys building relationships and making deals happen.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ambitious, organised, and ready to grow with the business.
