Basic Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
On Target Earnings: £80,000+

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Negotiators to achieve outstanding performance
- Drive new instructions and expand the branch's market presence in Battersea
- Conduct valuations, negotiate offers, and manage transactions to completion
- Consistently deliver on branch sales targets and KPIs
- Uphold and enhance the company's reputation as a trusted London market leader
- Proven track record as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Assistant Manager, or Sales Manager within residential sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and inspire team performance
- Commercially astute, ambitious, and target-driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of the London property market (Battersea experience desirable)
- Basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000
- Realistic OTE of £80,000+ with uncapped commission
