As the business enters an exciting new phase of growth, an exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and strategic Head of Residential to join the leadership team and take responsibility for overseeing, driving, and developing the company’s residential operations.

The Role The Head of Residential will play a pivotal role in shaping the residential division’s strategic direction and ensuring continued success across all three offices. This is a hands-on leadership position, ideally suited to a commercially driven property professional who combines strategic insight with a passion for people, property, and performance.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Board to influence the future direction of the business, with genuine long-term partnership opportunities available for the right individual demonstrating commitment, leadership, and proven results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inspirational leadership and operational oversight across three residential offices in Norfolk.
  • Develop and execute a clear strategy to grow market share, enhance profitability, and strengthen brand presence in the premium property sector.
  • Work closely with office heads and teams to drive best-in-class performance, ensuring exceptional client service, professionalism, and compliance.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance management to build a high-performing, motivated team culture.
  • Represent the business at a senior level, nurturing long-term client relationships and strengthening professional networks within the community.
  • Collaborate with marketing, lettings, and new homes divisions to ensure an integrated approach to business development and brand consistency.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making as part of the senior leadership team, with the potential to progress towards partnership.
About You
  • Proven track record in residential property leadership, ideally within the premium or independent agency sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving growth, profitability, and market presence.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Natural leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a passion for operational excellence.
  • Deep understanding of the Norfolk property market and its nuances is highly desirable.
