Job description

Are you an experienced Mortgage Administrator, or have previous management experience of an admin team? My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to step into the Head of Mortgage Administration. As a key member of the head office team you will be at the forefront of shaping the mortgage back office operation. My client is a well-respected highly reviewed mortgage brokerage with a passion for great customer care.
 
Responsibilities for this Head of Mortgage Administration role will include:
  • Managing a team of Mortgage Admins
  • Assist the team liaising with clients, lenders, insurance companies and estate agents
  • Keeping internal records updated
  • Handle quiries from Mortgage Brokers / erstate Agents and Managing Directors
  • Ensuring mortgage brokers are updated regularly with weekly and monthly updates
  • Consistently following the process to provide a 5 star service
Skills & Experience for this Head of Mortgage Administration role:
  • Previous experience of Mortgage Administration
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Experience in establishing and following process and procedures
  • High level of written and spoken English
Benefits for this Head of Mortgage Administration role include;
  • Basic Salary of £26,000-£30,000
