Job description
Position: Employed Protection Adviser
Base Salary: £30,000 + 15% commission split
Location: Remote
Are you an outstanding mortgage or protection advisor?
If you are a mortgage advisor who already has an exceptionally high rate of mortgage customer conversion to protection policies, or you are a protection superstar seeking a new opportunity - this role is for you!
We are seeking the best advisors in the UK who have consistently demonstrated excellence in protection sales through previous high conversion rates.
Lead Source: These are hot leads Leads will be provided from my clients mortgage brokers who do not offer protection products, there is also an opportunity for you to tap into missed protection opportunities from their existing mortgage customer base. Expected lead volume is 2-5 mortgage protection leads per day who have not yet been offered protection. Minimum 20 sales per month (expected)

- Mortgage advisor with over 60% conversion rate of your mortgage customers to protection
- Protection advisor ranked in top 10% for protection sales and customer retention
- Passionate about protection and making a difference in people's lives
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume protection sales environment
- Have an entrepreneurial, driven spirit in progressing your career
- Minimum 2 years track record excelling in UK financial services sales,
- Must have CeMap certification
- Video interviews will be part of the process
Role Responsibilities:
- Maximise mortgage broker lead opportunities
- Achieve monthly protection sales targets and benchmarks
- Conduct video interviews/demos to secure customer business
- Build strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor
