Role: Conveyancer
Location: Remote
Salary: £40,000 - £54,000 (£34,000 - £48,000 basic + £6,000 bonus)

The role
As a Conveyancer, you won’t just handle cases - you’ll be a trusted advisor, guiding clients through one of the most important transactions of their lives. You’ll manage your own caseload while building strong relationships with clients, agents, and industry professionals.
You’ll get exposure to a variety of case types - from freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, to shared ownership and even more complex matters like lease extensions and unregistered land. Plus, we’ll create a tailored career path so you can keep progressing while working on cases that match your experience.

The role

What you’ll be doing
- Managing the legal transfer of property ownership with efficiency and care
- Delivering clear, practical legal advice that clients can actually understand
- Liaising with estate agents, conveyancers, lenders, and third parties to ensure a smooth process
- Meeting targets and KPIs while keeping compliance and quality at the forefront
- Qualified Solicitor, CLC, or CILEX preferred - but strong experience in residential conveyancing is essential
- Track record of handling a varied caseload independently
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in case management systems (Visual Files, Proclaim, SOS, LEAP, etc.)
