The Role
As a Client Services Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in generating new business and driving growth. Your day-to-day will include:
- Lead Generation - Making targeted outbound calls to prospective and historic landlords.
- Appointment Booking - Qualifying leads and arranging valuation appointments.
- Database Management - Maintaining accurate CRM records to maximise opportunities.
- Collaboration - Working closely with colleagues across multiple branches to share leads and insights.
- Performance Delivery - Consistently achieving KPIs for calls, appointments, and instructions.
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission - realistic first-year earnings of £40,000.
