£22,000 - £30,000 Basic | OTE £45,000 | Office-Based | Mon-Fri
We are recruiting a driven and resilient Business Development Manager / Business Generator to join a growing business in a fully office-based, Monday to Friday role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is confident working to high activity targets.

We are recruiting a driven and resilient Business Development Manager / Business Generator to join a growing business in a fully office-based, Monday to Friday role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is confident working to high activity targets.
Salary & Earnings
- £22,000 - £30,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
- On-Target Earnings of £45,000
- Clear commission structure with performance incentives
- Proactively generating new business through outbound calling
- Making a high volume of calls (circa 100 calls per day)
- Qualifying leads and booking appointments for the sales team
- Updating CRM systems accurately
- Consistently working towards and exceeding daily and monthly targets
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development
- Comfortable making a high volume of daily calls
- Resilient, motivated, and target-driven
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Able to work independently in an office-based environment
- Competitive basic salary with uncapped earning potential
