I’m working with a leading estate agency group to find an experienced Branch Manager (or an ambitious Assistant Manager/Senior Negotiator ready to step up) to lead their residential sales team in Padstow.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established branch with strong brand presence and the support of a collaborative Area Manager. It’s ideal for someone commercially driven, passionate about team leadership, and ready to grow market share in a key location.

  • Current Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Negotiator, or Valuer ready for the next step
  • Proven experience in residential property sales
  • Confident generating new business in a target-driven environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Full UK driving licence required
