Sales Manager – Residential Estate Agency (North Reading Area)

If you’re a proven operator in estate agency sales and ready to step into a role where you’ll be running the show, this is the opportunity to take seriously. We’re working with a leading independent agent in North Reading who is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead their residential business, drive performance, and shape future growth.

This is not a desk job. You’ll be at the heart of the branch, setting the pace for the team, delivering on ambitious targets, and ensuring every client experience is first class. From developing and executing sales strategies to keeping a sharp eye on the local market, you’ll be the one steering the business forward. You’ll manage the day-to-day performance of the team, take on the complex negotiations yourself, and make sure every deal is delivered with the highest level of professionalism and compliance.

You’ll be commercially minded, confident under pressure, and able to inspire those around you. A track record of winning instructions, closing sales, and keeping clients coming back for more will put you in a strong position.

In return, you’ll be joining a well-regarded independent agency that invests in its people and rewards performance properly. Expect a basic salary around £45,000 depending on experience, with uncapped OTE around £75,000. Add to that, ongoing training, and the backing of a supportive leadership team, and you’ve got a role that could really accelerate your career.
