About the Role:
A high-performing, well-regarded estate agency is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its busy Maidenhead office. This is a senior leadership role with full branch responsibility—ideal for a confident sales leader ready to drive performance, profitability, and growth in a fast-paced market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and sales performance
• Grow market share, revenue, and profitability
• Lead, train and motivate a team of negotiators and valuers
• Ensure top-tier customer service and client outcomes
• Handle valuations, listings, marketing and sales progression
• Maintain compliance and operational standards

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong track record in estate agency sales management

• Full UK driving licence required
