Your role as Branch Manager:
 
As Branch Manager – Estate Agent, your primary focus will be to maximise the income and profitability of your branch. You will:

• Run a profitable and well-organised office, delivering a professional, efficient estate agency service
• Lead by example, setting high standards and motivating your team to exceed targets
• Proactively seek and secure new instructions, viewings, sales, and mortgage referrals
• Provide effective coaching and support to your team and new recruits to help them thrive

What we’re looking for:

• Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or a Sales Negotiator/Lister/Valuer looking to take the next step
• Demonstrable experience in sales management and driving new business in a target-driven environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive, resilient, organised, and detail-oriented approach
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office and email systems
• Full UK driving licence
