My client are a dynamic independent estate agency business in Cambridge, committed to delivering exceptional service and expertise in the area. After making a real impact in the city, our client are looking to expand their operations and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced agent to spearhead the launch of their new office in Cambridgeshire.
You will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing presence, just north of Cambridge. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the office's operations, generating new business, driving market share and building a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in estate agency, a deep understanding of the local property market, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute the successful launch of the new office.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to create awareness and generate leads in the local market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, landlords, and other industry partners.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand market share and strengthen the company's position.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of estate agents and administrative staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
- Set clear performance expectations, monitor team performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Proven experience as a successful estate agency valuer or manager.
- In-depth knowledge of the Cambridgeshire property market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
