Our Clients, a market leading Estate Agent have an exciting opportunity for an Area Director to join them covering the Peterborough area. This is an opportunity to help continue to drive the business forward - You will be responsible for several branches across the area. A candidate that has knowledge and understands the Peterborough or Cambridgeshire market will be advantageous. 

Estate Agency experience at a Senior level is ESSENTIAL for this role.

Our ideal Area Manager is:

• A Senior Branch Manager or an Area Manager who is ready for the next stage in their career.
• An inspirational leader of people with the ability to manage and mentor a team of Branch Managers
• Experience of Managing multi offices
• A proven track record of leading a team and regularly meeting and succeeding KPIs.
• Resilient, proactive, and competitive
• A Full UK driving licence holder.
