Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding routine financial and maintenance matters
- Assist in preparing service charge budgets and issuing rent and service charge demands
- Provide day-to-day support to landlords and tenants throughout their tenancy
- Deliver excellent customer service while building and maintaining strong relationships
- Support the wider team with financial administration and compliance
For We’re seeking someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a busy department. You’ll bring:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office proficiency essential)
