Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Conduct regular check-ins, training sessions, and strategic reviews to ensure client satisfaction and product engagement.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to address client needs and feedback.
- Monitor client usage and proactively offer insights and recommendations to improve their experience.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and integration of our technology into their operations.
- Handle and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and our platform’s latest features to provide expert guidance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in the PropTech, SaaS, or real estate industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on client success.
- Commercial mindset with experience in upselling and identifying business opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Passion for technology and an understanding of property management challenges is a plus.
