Our client is an Award-winning Estate Agent, they are seeking an energetic, dynamic Sales Valuer for their Luton branch. 
 
Primarily based in Luton, the role is to carry out all Valuations within the branch including dealing directly with Vendors, keeping up to date with market trends and using comparable evidence of the current market to win Instructions.

Commission is rewarded at a high percentage - and is uncapped 

The Successful Candidate will have:

• Previous Estate Agency experience - Essential

• Previous experience in the Lister/Valuer role

• Self-motivated and Driven attitude

• Able to work towards targets and deliver results

• Ability to work well within a Team and independently.

• Be confident and well presented 

• Full UK driver’s license and car

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Deliver excellent customer care

In return you will receive:

• Basic Salary of £27,000

• Realistic OTE £60k
