Leading Independent Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Valuer for their busy Bristol office. Responsibilities for this Valuer role will include:
  • Market Appraisal generation  
  • Registering and assisting purchasers with viewings 
  • Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback 
  • Assisting the progress of the sales pipeline 
  • Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments 
Skills & Experience for this Valuer role:
  • Experience within estate agency essential 
  • Knowledge of the sales process  
  • Comfortable working with targets 
  • Eager to learn and develop 
  • Driven and ambitious to 'add value'
