Valuation Manager – Estate Agency
We’re looking for a confident and driven Valuation Manager to play a key role in the continued success of this busy branch. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you’ll help grow market share across listed and under-offer properties, ensuring personal and team targets are not only met but exceeded.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on managing the MA (Market Appraisal) generation section of the opportunity report, ensuring all follow-up activity is completed efficiently and on time. You’ll be converting appraisals into full-service sole agency instructions and third-party sales with a strong conversion rate, supported by high-quality marketing materials including professional photography, accurate property descriptions and compelling online content.
You’ll also be central to delivering an outstanding customer experience, encouraging client commendations and referrals. In the manager’s absence, you’ll act as the key point of contact to keep the office running smoothly and ensure continued momentum. Supporting the overall organisation and structure of the branch will also fall under your remit.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need previous estate agency experience, ideally with a proven record in a valuations or listings role. You’ll bring confident communication skills both over the phone and in person, the drive to consistently hit and exceed targets, and the ability to lead by example. Strong organisational skills, polished presentation, and a career-driven attitude are essential.
You’ll need to be a car owner with a full UK driving licence, business insurance, and the legal right to work in the UK.
