**Exciting Opportunity: Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor - Walthamstow, London**

Basic Salary: £26,000 (OTE £60,000)
I am seeking an experienced and driven Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join an award winning team in Walthamstow. In this role, you will bring your enthusiasm and drive to provide tailored mortgage& protection advice that meets the unique needs of your clients. Full training is also provided, allowing for your continuous professional development so you can offer great advice.
**What's on offer**
· FullCeMAP qualification paid for
· Competitive salary
. OTE of £60,000 a year.
. Uncapped commission
**Responsibilities of mortgage & protection advisors**
· Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' individual circumstances and goals.
· Identify and recommend the most suitable mortgage products from across the market.
· Meet & exceed performance targets.
· Proactively engage with existing clients to nurture relationships and generate repeat business.
· Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and maintain accurate documentation.
**Qualifications and Experience**
· To have great customer service& ability to build rapport with clients
· Driven and motivated by success and results
. Ambitious and self-motivated
. Resilient, detail oriented and determined
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· The ability to work in a pressurised environment
