Trainee Mortgage Adviser - Essex (Several locations)
Basic Salary - £28,000
OTE - £50,000 in year 1
Looking to kick-start your career and soar to new heights? Our client is looking for CeMAP qualified candidates with no mortgage experience required.
You will be working with property experts in the Essex area who will provide you with quality leads on a daily basis, as well as having plenty of opportunity to generate your own business.
If you are a talented, self-motivated, Driven and passionate about customers, this is definitely the role for you!
What is on Offer:
* Basic - £28,000 (Includes commission guarantee)
* OTE - £50,000+ in Year 1
* Uncapped commission scheme & bonuses
* Leads provided through a leading estate agency team
* In house training provided covering all aspects of the Mortgage Adviser role
* Pension scheme
* Options to go self-employed after a couple of years with a full customer pipeline
Key responsibilities for this Mortgage Advisor role:
* Help clients find their perfect mortgage & protection advice
* Team up with estate agents to grab fresh leads
* Build strong relationships for repeat business
* Access the full market to tailor the best deals
* Collaborate with our team to ensure FCA compliance, upholding our values of honesty, trust, and integrity
What you Need:
* Full CeMAP or equivalent qualifications
* Great communicator, customer-focused
* Driven, motivated, and ready to succeed
* Passionate about helping customers
* Full driving license & car
