We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Lettings Consultant to join an award-winning team.

Duties will include:
  • Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and backgrounds, to make informed recommendations of suitable properties to rent.
  • Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio.
  • Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenants.
Requirements:
  • Some previous industry experience preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all those applying must be able to demonstrate a proven track record within a customer focused office environment.
  • Enthusiastic and competitive.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional approach.
  • IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly.
  • Full UK driving license and use of own car is essential.
Salary & Benefits
 
An annual basic salary of £21,000p/a - £24,000p/a depending on relevant experience, plus quarterly bonuses. Realistic OTE £22,000p/a - £28,000p/a.
 
There are also opportunities to secure additional commission via our referral incentive programme. This becomes relevant from the date employment first commences. Realistic initial estimated earnings in this regard are estimated to be circa £500p/a.
 
Any business mileage incurred can also be reclaimed at the pre-agreed rate.

Hours of Work
Full Time, 5 days per week, including Saturdays with a day off during the week. Our branch openings hours are 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Friday, and 8:30am to 5:00pm on Saturdays.
