Our client will support you in establishing your own agency, and with a close-knit, like-minded team, along with the assistance of fellow Territory Managers, you will not be alone.

Territory Manager Support:
- In-house platform/software
- Automated processes to support business administration
- Marketing team providing leads
- Marketing portal for promotional materials
- Training team to support you and your team as you grow
- Business coach/Regional Director
- Incentives – tech for schools
- Compliance team to assist with customer AML
- Partnerships with external businesses to maximize revenue opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Build and nurture a client base
- Provide professional advice and solutions
- Increase brand awareness through proactive efforts
- Exceed expectations with a positive attitude and willingness
- Minimum of 1 year of valuation experience in your chosen area
- Proven track record of listing properties
- Strong knowledge of estate agency processes
- Local knowledge of the area
- Resilience and self-motivation
