Tenancy Manager – Catford, SE6 (Office-Based)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (DOE) with planned increases in April 2027 and April 2028
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch)

Join a thriving, well-established lettings office in Catford. We provide landlords and tenants with a seamless, professional, and personalised service. As our Tenancy Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the team, ensuring tenancies run smoothly and supporting both colleagues and clients.
What You’ll Do
- Manage move-ins, including referencing, ASTs, inventories, deposits, invoices, and documentation.
- Handle renewals, negotiating rent reviews, preparing updated ASTs, and issuing invoices.
- Ensure full compliance, including AML checks, rent guarantees, insurance, and licences (selective, additional, HMO).
- Conduct Right to Rent checks to meet legal requirements.
- Provide landlord and tenant support, acting as the first point of contact and building strong relationships.
- Offer team support, covering Property Manager duties when needed, following up on repairs, answering calls, and booking viewings.
- Estate agency or lettings experience with solid knowledge of the lettings process.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and IT literacy.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; professional with landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
- Friendly, calm, problem-solving attitude; proactive team player.
- Awareness of upcoming lettings legislation changes (2026).
- Must live within easy commuting distance of SE6 (Catford).
