My client is looking for an Lettings Manager to join their Student Lettings team in East Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in the lettings industustry. Ideally candidates will have minimum of 24 months previous Lettings Management experience.

Responsibilities for this Lettings Manager (Student Lettings) role will include:
- Overseeing the rental of a portfolio of student accommodation
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of service is provided.
- Managing the team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Oxford lettings Market
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Vast knowledge of the lettings process
- Be highly organised with an acute attention to detail.
- Be quick to learn and follow procedures.
- Have previous customer service experience.
- Minimum 24 months in the local area
