Senior Surveyor / Associate Director, Rural Land Management
 
 
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 (DOE)
Plus bonus & excellent benefits
 
Location: Exeter, Devon
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Rural Surveyor to join our highly regarded Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in Exeter.
 
Our team manages a diverse portfolio of rural estates and provides a full range of professional rural advice. This is a pivotal role that combines estate management with professional consultancy, offering the chance to work with a dynamic and collaborative team on a broad variety of rural property projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as principal agent for a portfolio of estate management clients
  • Undertaking estate and farming business reviews and appraisals
  • Managing and advising on diversification and development projects
  • Providing high-quality professional advice on a range of rural practice matters
  • Supporting the growth of the business and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
You'll be a competent and experienced MRICS-qualified Rural Surveyor, ideally with at least three years post-qualification experience, looking for the next step in your career. You'll be motivated, commercially aware, and able to deliver work to a consistently high standard across multiple projects.

Qualifications & Experience
  • MRICS-qualified Rural Surveyor
  • Minimum three years post-qualification experience preferred
