Responsibilities for this Specialist Property Consultant role will include:

• Working with developers and prospective buyers to create mutually beneficial relationships
• Generating offers and supporting the offer process
• Creating and conducting viewings 
• Progression of your sales
• Working closely with all internal teams to create extra revenue

Skills & Experience for this Specialist Property Consultant role:

• Property knowledge is preferred
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Excellent communicator
• Must enjoy and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Personable and professional
