The Role
As Senior Tenancy Progressor, you'll take ownership of the tenancy journey from offer to move-in, ensuring every step runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with landlords, tenants, and negotiators to manage all contracts, compliance, and communication to the highest standard.

The Role
As Senior Tenancy Progressor, you'll take ownership of the tenancy journey from offer to move-in, ensuring every step runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with landlords, tenants, and negotiators to manage all contracts, compliance, and communication to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full tenancy progression process from offer accepted through to move-in
- Prepare and issue tenancy agreements, renewals, and related documentation
- Ensure all compliance is met (Right to Rent, safety certificates, deposit registration, etc.)
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, referencing companies, and internal teams
- Keep accurate records and ensure all deadlines are met
- Provide expert guidance on lettings legislation and procedures
- Support and mentor junior staff when required
We're looking for a confident, organised professional who has a passion for property and a meticulous approach to detail. You'll have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tenancies simultaneously with calm efficiency.
You'll Need:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in tenancy progression or lettings administration
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience using property CRM software (e.g., Reapit, Vebra, Jupix, or similar)
- A proactive, professional attitude and ability to work independently
- £42,000 annual salary (dependent on experience)
