Sales Negotiator - Midhurst
Basic up to £25k OTE £40k
Our client is pleased to have a full time position available for a Sales Negotiator/ Associate in their busy Midhurst office.
Working at one of the largest Estate Agencies in the area this role offers an excellent package for the right candidate and the excellent prospects that comes with working for one of the South's leading and most diversified property companies.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious and looking to enjoy a long and successful career in the Property industry.
1-2 years experience in residential sales is preferred.
The position is varied and could encompass sales, sales progression and listing, they offer training and personal development and a competitive salary package with bonus structure and profit share options.
Requirements:
· Experience in Residential Estate Agency
· Ability to work under pressure and to work in a team
· Exceptional organisational, verbal and written communication skills
· Expert communicator capable of effectively managing conflict and solving problems
· Ability to multi-task by employing effective time management strategies
