Basic Salary - £30,000 OTE expectation - £70,000+

The Role: What You'll Be Doing
This is a high-octane, hands-on sales position. You won't just be waiting for the phone to ring; you'll be making it ring.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively source your own property leads through cold calling, networking, and grit.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
  • Closing: Confidently present solutions, handle objections, and negotiate deals to exceed your targets.
  • Client Relationship: Manage customer expectations with professional, "customer-first" service from start to finish.
  • Reporting: Utilize our CRM to track performance and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven sales success (phone and face-to-face).
  • Independence: The ability to generate your own leads and leverage your existing network to bring in property to let.
  • Resilience: A winning mindset that isn't deterred by "no."
  • Essential Tools: A Full UK Driving Licence and your own car (Please do not apply without these).
  • Skills: Fluent English, excellent negotiation tactics, and proficiency with CRM/IT systems.
